If they have expired or are about to expire (in around 2-3 months), there are chances they may ask you for remedicals.. These chances increase when it has been 4-6 months since your medicals expired..
I'd say wait.. With lockdowns in place, are you able to take medical exams ?
Did you look at how long it took for other people's VO to send them medical after status of their application changed from approved to submitted?
If your wait time is out of the ordinary; you can email your VO, reach IRCC through social media, email the ircc strange email you got mail from, or submit a web form.
We are waiting for remed request too. No updates till now. Our account was updated on 21st April. Got do you want to immigrate mail on 13th April.
Has anyone got remed request recently?

You have to be patient man. Based on other people's testimonies, it will take between 20 to 40 days before they send the request for medical visit. It doesn't matter what your profile says now. You will receive a request once they process and update your case. Until then, we have to wait patiently.
All future enquiries should be made via the web form at the link above.
Due to the outbreak of coronavirus, we are providing limited services and there will be a delay in providing a response and processing visa applications

In my case I was just asking how long it would take to reissue a new copr considering that i plan to move by the end of summer and that i have already passed my remeds in January. It has been more than 3months now..
We got our request for re-medicals on March 19th 2021 and we (me, wife and 4yr old son) did our re-medicals on March 23rd 2021. Till now we haven't got any update in our GC account. It still shows "reviewing your medical exam". Is this normal?
- For my son they had sent us to developmental expert on same day and they have mentioned "probable ASD" in report.
- Hospital has confirmed they have uploaded the reports when we contacted them after a week.
Our original COPR was approved before March 18th 2020 and it got expired on July 2020. We did our re-medicals from Trivandrum , India.
I have recently received my COPR which expires on 4th Jan 2022, but since we cannot travel right now to Canada and IRCC says they will contact us for further steps, has anyone heard regarding what these steps are and how we can travel before our COPR expires?
What are the other options that we can use to travel to Canada as soon as possible and get exempted from travel restrictions. Will a job offer letter work here somehow?
If anyone is in the same situation or is aware of what should be done in such situation, can you please help me?

Are you a pre march 18 copr holder? If yes i have read on this forum that you can travel as long as it is mentioned that this is a replacement of your old copr.
if you are a post march i am not sure as i am myself a pre march18 copr holder. I guess wait for the travel restrictions updates.
