It means your eligibility is passed by case processing agent! I received exact web form response 3 months ago ..Ordered GCMS notes after that to know the exact situation
Yes, First one was case processing agent and after that Officer review at RROC. Notes said "Application was found to require local knowledge, so file is e transferred to Mission for processing".

Happy to report we are in the final stages of our application, what I can share is that they definitely only working on Inland applications at the moment. If you outside of Canada they will work on your file right up to the stage ready to be approved and then it will lie dormant until Canada allows international travel again. I work in the tourism industry and they currently predicting this to be in the fall... sorry to be the bearer if bad news.

VO: Originally Ottawa and now Calgary
Uploaded requested in the portal and it is now in the "being reviewed" stage, so expecting eCOPR soon.
Hang in there I know its a long wait for some, more for those outside of Canada but it is worth it.
Congrats and very happy for you.
I don't think so that they are doing in order of inland applicants. for e.g. my AoR and MEP is much earlier then you Oct 12th and Nov 17th with ADR and ADR submitted on 27th Nov for clean RCMP. File is not touched since then 6 months over. Inland, now I can apply another app with 2 years experience on CEC. It is not just FSW but even other cases are also pending in the backlog
Ordered gcms notes and there is a review required on my eligibility (POF) i submitted all docs needed for pof (gift deed, notorization, bank letter, bank statement) wgst can i do now im really worried

According of what i have been reading here and there, it is Not necessarily alarming, POF has certain criteria as per IRCC if one segment is different in your POF the case assistant cannot verify it as ok S/he is not authorised to do so, and thats when review by an officer is required meaning officer approval is required so it might be ok if you have provided sufficient data.
While on the other hand NOT MET is alarming, just try to read the notes couple or triple times and figure out if you need to raise a webform or not.

Was reading Feb AoR forum. Several applicants have already got Copr.
Seems it would have been better if we applied in Feb. I wonder in what order IRCC works .
Finally, Security and Criminality passed.
The agent I spoke to, told me that my file is in very advanced stage.
Whatever that means lol.

Congrats! Did you see a ghost update before you called? I saw a ghost update 5 days ago where my "We are reviewing your additional documents" changed to "Not applicable", but I am not sure what that means..
Hi guys,
AOR Oct 27
Biometrics Dec 18
Eligibility recommended pass, criminality passed, security not started. VO Ottawa. As per the agent I talked to, the file stays at the primary office if the applicant is in Canada. Hoping to hear good news this month.
