Can we apply from India, residing in UAE.
1. in IMM study form - Can we give residents address UAE and applying from India Address. Is this ok to do.

Guys, why is different time by country? The application is not taken by a canadian immigration officer in Canada? Ok, I understand for biometrics but other than that, if we are all non sds what makes the difference?

every region/country has a specific VO to process the application.
you can see your country and the VO that is responsible for your country.

usually they take ur application in the intake office in Ottawa then refer it to your nearest visa office. sometimes IRCC sends some files to other visa offices abroad to verify some information / documents or when Visa office at certain country have overload of application.

no almost every country have a visa office and they process applications there. you will see in the documents checklist that every country has specific requirements. it depends on each country for example in Tunisia we are required to provide motivational letter instead of SOP or letter of explanation. in Pakistan for example they ask you for your Study plan and your ties to your home. in Tunisia they ask for document if you will received scholarship or not.

u can apply.. however dey will consider it as non sds as the residing country is UAE
