Simba112: Post Dec 2018, IRCC has implemented several ghost updates after AOR. As officer opens your application and go through checklist requirement, system sends ghost update but actually nothing is happening, and or you will not receive email. Its normal to receive ghost update at IP1, however if you receive ghost update at IP2 “Inprogress 2” then actual email comes within 24hrs after you log out. So update at IP1 may say we are processing medical results but you did not receive request for medical. So wait until IP2, you will receive email asking for medical exams.. these updates are way toward PPR. I know its kinda confusing but dont worry, you are in progress
