TRV From Inside Canada - Normal Processing Time Has Passed

I also did not get any reply just PPR today after 910 days and I am still in Canada, so will be submitting in Canada and travel to India once I receive it back.

Anyone got an email from IRCC after PPR request(Stamping Done) titled " Important information about your approved temporary resident visa or super visa and Canada’s travel restrictions due to COVID-19 ".
My stamping was done 2 days ago. Today I got this email.

Yes i did but 15 days back... if u r in india u have a solid case and u can cite reasons for urgency...Show some evidence that u have job here in canada and u will not be able to retur... proof like pay stubs tax slips electric bill etc

yes without a job letter they won't prioritize your application as currently only people having job are exempted from travel restrictions or family members of a job holder.

I submitted webforms few times to expedite the process since processing time passed a long time ago. But since I didn't have any excruciating situation, I couldn't provide them the proof they were asking for. So they processed my application normally.

Does processing time count after the submission confirmation date.?
