How usual a person gets a DM without an interview?

i happen to provide RQ-lite prior to online test which is the only thing they requested back in November. I completed the test 11 days ago!

No idea. I have a friend who did the test on the same day I did, no interview, no FP, and she got her oath invite last week. Don’t know when she got the DM.

Received my test invite from Mississauga office yesterday. Need to finish the exam by 21st May 2021.

Key dates:

App received: Oct 30th 2019
AoR and In process: Jan 2020
Test invite: Apr 29th 2021
