I just called IRCC, the agent informed me that my File has been transferred to Vancouver (Local) visa office any time soon they can announce the decision. There is no time frame for that they can announce the decision today or in few months, its up to there work load

Strange. Most of the transferred cases are caused by eligibility. You got PAL already. No reason to be transferred. Ask what the reason is if you call again.

hi, i got my travel authorization letter. but my wife didnt get. i already applied for her AL again. if she doest get the AL than i want to travel alone. FYI i am the primary applicant. is it possible or there is any other rule that i dont know? Please help.

Maybe they are dealing with the criminality part of your friend's. After that, they will review the upfront they send.

And I have a feeling that there is a huge communication gap between the agents checking the webforms and the officer working on our files. I got an email from CLIENT SERVICE UNIT, Sydney on April 6th telling me my medical is still outstanding. At that point, I have sent the upfront via webform twice (Feb and March) and also received the response for that. But the very next day(April 7th) I got MP. Sooo strange. So I think they are not reviewing upfronts right away unless that is the only thing they have to do to move our files to the next stage. So maybe they are waiting for the criminality pass for your friend to review the upfronts they send.

Just my feelings though. Could be wrong.

Criminality : Passed
Eligibility: NOT STARTED bc
Security : Same, Not started

AR : July 2020
Aor : Feb 2021
MR: Mar 2021
MP : Mar 2021

Criminality was passed on 8th April 2021. So it means they did nothing on the file after that.

— As June 2020 applicants already receiving PR these days, at least Eligibility should be start for July 2020 ARns !
