Did you get this PCC while you were still in the country or after you left? If its after you left, it should be valid until you go back for another 6 months.
I know Express Entry would require you to get a new one, but this program might be more lenient and accept it. Try to process a new one as soon as you can just to be sure, imo.

Guys, if you want to request a PCC remember it has to be issued after you left the country you're requesting it for, I've seen EE applications rejected for a 1 week gap! We don't know how the PCC will work in here, but I think the safest option is to assume it'll have the same document standards as CEC.
We don't know what those forms are going to be and there's a chance IRCC makes them fully online rather than making you complete them and upload them after. If you need a reference look at the checklist for PNP paper-based streams or AIPP.
. Chatty lawyer was right both about the program name and the fees.
If we're expecting to apply the day the stream opens, do you think we should pay now and get it out of the way? I've checked all over the IRCC but I haven't found anything about the portal yet.
Processing fee is $550 plus $500 right of permanent residence fee. Same price for spouse. Dependent child is $150. Additional $85 for biometrics for one person, or $170 for a family.

My biometrics are valid as well, but I'm thinking of paying. I don't think I will pay before Monday, so I might change my mind before then. They really need to publish the guidelines!
If you have valid biometrics you wouldn't need to pay again, you'd select 1,050. I paid, they send you a receipt and I guess that is what you can upload on the day.
