I submitted my PR paper based application to sydney in 21st March 2021.
Application received 26th March 2021.

Do i need to wait for an email confirmation from cic inorder link my application to my cic online account?

Also how long does AOR arrive?

It means they received your document and are reviewing. This status will be like this until your application finish (just like background and eligibility is in progress) so, don't expect too much about that.

Buddy, you have application number in your AOR, just use that to apply BOWP. You'll have that within 2-3month. When you apply for BOWP, it will send you the confirmation that you have applied and have Implied Status. so you can continue to work.

Somehow i thought DM was the last stage but that is not true
I saw some people waiting for COPR from last 5 6 months now i am in complete shock , i got dm on april 21 and no updates thereafter

Copr can take anywhere from 1 day to 6 months and beyond

Just apply any , you will get info that you want
