On sponsorship approval letter they mention about the visa office . I am not quite sure it's been moved or not . But on Ecas it shows " we are processing background check and reviewing eligibility.

Thanks for the reply!!. Does the Sponsorship Approval letter mentioned the Visa office name.? (like New Delhi ?)
In my Sponsorship Approval letter, it just mentioned like "The Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing."

In our sponsorship approval letter, they mentioned the specific visa office by city.

Don't worry about it! I reckon you'll get your AOR and SA at the same time very soon, you'll probably get the next few steps (bio / med) pretty quickly after too. I assume one of you is a Canadian citizen? You can contact your local MP and ask them to call IRCC to enquire about your file.

AOR March27, no medical and biometric request yet. Its been a month now.

Hey guys our doctor submitted the e-medical about 48 hours ago..but we cant see the medical received status..Do you know what the usual timeline is for medical received?

It varies - but looking at the spreadsheet for October Outland, column S for "No. of days between Exam and Passed" ranges from 1 to 42.
