I heard after student it will be our turn, one evening he will say all H&C application applied before 2021 should be recognized as Permanent Resident of canada.

My lawyer told me if your 18 or above and u lived in a country for more than 6 months u are required to do a background check according to their immigration rules .

Could be they are finalizing your H&C application and want you to withdraw your claim because you're already approved. I would assume your CoPR is on the way

For those who were refugees before h and c approved, did you renew your passport before copr.
Is it right to go for renewal when the my passport was seized by officers at the border ?
I need answers please
