Does that mean my application is approved? All I need to do is wait?

I did not keep track of the timeline. But what I know is: AOR April 29 2020. Medical passed in late June. Bio submitted on Oct. 9 2020. I see that application approved in early Nov. 2020.

Mine was expired on Tuesday. I got two ghost updates in a row and the status changed to "you do not need a medical exam". Not sure if this means it is extended or still needs to be reviewed by the officer.
