I want to apply for BOWP with a help from my consultant which was responsible to submit my EE application. Is there any problem to apply for it in my IRCC account instead of my consultant account? @NOC98, could you give me an advice? Thank you in advance

When does the WP validity start? After your previous one finishes or just right away?

There is no way to expedite the process as such. If you have tried calling, sending webforms etc. then you can request your GCMS notes and see where it is stuck, However, the GCMS notes will take at least 30 days, if they are not delayed. So instead of requesting the GCMS notes from IRCC, you can consider requesting them CBSA.
Many applications are currently delayed and this is just because no one worked on the application.
@legalfalcon
It has 14 notes in total.
note 1: latest being on mar-21, requesting nominee certificate.
note 2: req received by local MP on mar-2021.
note 3: name of applicant changed. on dec-2020
