Sad to hear that, it’s ridiculous for an application being returned back just because of photograph specification.

By mail, it was send out on mar 31.

Permanent Resident Card

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on February 10, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on April 6, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on April 6, 2021.
4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on April 13, 2021.

Received the cards today, April 19, 2021.

My application went on descion made 30 march
Card went for production 1st april
Can is nit mailed yet
I called irrcc they keep saying its in production
Is it normal bcz i feel like its taking to longg

Hi,

I am in the same boat.

I've applied for my second renewal on June 11t, 2020.
Got AOR on September 17th

I've called and sent many web-forms, and they told me that my application was approved in September! Yet, they told me that my card was randomly selected for in-person pick-up from the Montreal office which apparently is closed. In December I got a request for new photos to be sent, and in my last call, they told me that my card is in the queue for production since February 22nd. So now I am just waiting....

I personally suggest u to reapply... coz it takes too long, there must be somewhere wrong.

You should wait abit longer, maximum it's a process of 4 weeks after a decision is been made. so hold on a little longer

I personally suggest u to reapply... coz it takes too long, there must be somewhere wrong.

Its already in production,
My file was strieght with 0 exit in 8 years
