Hello everyone. Long story short, I have received my ITA and now preparing documents, including the medical exam documents. In one of the forms it is asking me if I have any mental disorder/depression and if I take any medication. Well, I am diagnosed with depression and I am taking pills. I was wondering if it has any impact on my application and the reason they are asking for it. Your comments would be really appreciated.

Not unless you have not been able to maintain normal life (work/study) or have needed hospitalization. You do need to be honest about your current medication and medical conditions.
