Good to see that windsor is working on files of 2020.
As you have received fingerprint request little sooner than other 2020 applicants, you might get it reviewed for DM. Nowadays i see that fingerprint/test is the starting point and rest gets done quick. But i wonder why its still taking time for oath as its been 2 months - possibly the receiving delay on fingerprints and to be reviewed hence expect DM next month.

Its going to be tough as oath schedule also needs to happen in May since it takes 1-3 weeks to get the certificate.

You can request for your citizenship certificate to be delivered to you on urgent basis and same for Canadian Passport

I am aware of the urgent request for the passport and the required fee but how does one go about request for urgent delivery of the citizenship certificate?

You can ask the agent during your oath to send your certificate urgently.
