Two Way courier services VFS New Delhi - India

Blue dart said your package is going to Bangalore and not New Delhi is that ok? I assume they are sending to Visa office based on location?

Is the return awb number same as the sending one? If not then, how does vfs let us know of return awb number?

Vfs will mail you another awb and tracking id details when they receive your package and forward it to ircc office

blue dart picked up our passport, but didn’t give any kind receipt. Is that fine?

Bluedart didn’t give any kind of receipt. You can simply track your package using awb number.

Yep, that's fine I remember lady at VFS told me that both blore and new delhi issue coprs.. the load gets divided at the end of each day and some go to blore some to new delhi

Were you able to resolve the receipt thing? The guy who picked up mine gave me a receipt. Maybe cause I was pestering him to handle the package with care.

No didnt get receipt they said AWB us your receipt. You can track package with that.

Well, there's not a lot more on the receipt but certainly AWB is not receipt.. AWB is not proof that package was picked up from you

Its actually different i got message in the morning with number that this item os out for delivery

Yeah firsty on bluedart site when it reached VFS then we have to track on VFS official site

Hi, My Blue Dart AWB status is showing as " On Hold As Requested By Shipper" they picked up the Passport on Friday, and today i saw this message when i tracked using AWB number. Did any one came across this before.

You mean as New Delhi Office doesnt work over the weekends the courier service is not allowed to drop the envelopes. Makes Sense, hopefully it should be delivered to them on Monday. I was a bit scared thinking that this might have been due to the lockdowns and Covid situations in Delhi. Just want an End to this Journey......

Bluedart customer care said they have authorization from govt. to work during lockdown
