We are in the same boat bro. I just called IRCC and being told that my security check is being processed and is doing by third party. And my security check is not start last week. This means they are working on our case.

In Feb 2020 the file was transfered to Etobicoke VO. Upfront med done in Oct 2020.
Plus we have a huge request with some previously submitted forms, proof of funds, Police Certificates etc..Does everyone submits a new certificate even if didn't leave Canada since the last certificate??? Thanks

Sorry for many questions. My ecas changed to application received on APR 2nd and I confirmed my primary office changed from CIO to Etobicoke by calling IRCC. I tried to reach you, but you have not came to this website for a while. Thanks.

Sucked!!! Why do they ask you proof of funds? We don’t need to prove the funds because we have a job. Do you guess why you were sent to Etobicoke? Any outland dependents? or spouse adding during the process? Find my signature. Medical and criminality are passed. Eligibility and security are not started. My application was sent on Feb/2 2021 as soon as medical got pass and Ecas changed to application received on Apr/02 2021. Waiting for changing to In Process again. So, do I have to wait for changing to in process for 10 months?

Yes, I guess I know why the file was transferred, but not the reasons you mentioned. I don't think you will have to wait for 10 months, hopefully not. But I was surprised, to be honest, as I wasn't expecting any news from IRCC until summer especially because of the lockdowns.

Yes. I got additional document request with medical request on Feb. Although they did not ask for spouse questionnaire on the check list.

My immigration agent help me to fill out one spouse questionnaire and other materials like photos to prove our relation.

After IRCC receive these documents, then no update.

Marital status changed - it happened before medical test but they requested documents again...
I got correspondence on Nov 9th - submitted files right away

and i haven't heard anything from yet.. yes it's been almost 5 months.

I changed my marital status and on March 5 got a request for all the forms again and spouse questionnaire.
