We are in the same boat. My AOR is also Dec 5th and FSW inland (although my spouse and son are back in Nigeria). I called IRCC on March 15th and the status was very much similar to what you stated. I can then assume that only criminality is still in progress for me
From my little research (mainly from myimmigration tracker website), people with AOR in Oct and up to the end of November 2020 got PPR recently. So with your AOR of Dec 10th, in my opinion, ceteris paribus, you should get PPR within a month or 2. And this is me just guessing, please don’t take my word for it

All applications will have primary and secondary visa office listed in the GCMS notes. The secondary visa office will keep changing based on where your application currently is.
See page 2 of the GCMS notes for all the secondary visa offices where your application has been sent to and where it currently is. The most recent secondary office will be reflected on page 1 of the GCMS notes as secondary office.
Primary office is responsible for the over processing of your application and finally finalising it.
During the processing, based on work load distribution, and specific requirements required, the file is transferred to many secondary offices.

Hi everyone! When (fingers crossed we'll get there) we are successful and we need to submit our passports how much time do we have to that? I travel for work fairly consistently and I'm wondering if I have some leeway as to when I'll submit my passport, etc.

They are still applicant with AOR in March and APRil who are waiting for COPR, I am one of them and you can check the discussion groups of other AOR to see
Yes, I had the same response, even when I entered my application number for the statue update section it is saying we do not have your profile!!! I assume something is wrong with the computerized system maybe, probably they will fix it soon
