I don't think AOR is paused due to lockdown in Provinces. its not completely lock down but they are still working. Some businesses limiting public to shop and people go to work. Gov still working whether limiting spaces or working from home but Yes AOR will be further delayed possible.

Yes. I didn't. And I have checked the Checklist since I have provided alternate documents for my birth certificates
