Hello, did GCKEY show that your medical got extended? They do not give PPR without extending Medical or re-doing medical. Everyone who got PPR without medical their Gckey status changed to Medical passed ____. If your Gckey medical status changed to passed. Then you will be fine and you will get Pre-arrival/PPR together. Check your Gckey and see what it says.

Dec 2019 applicant
AOR2 was around Late July 2020.
ADR request for Police certificate,travel history December 17 2020.
ADR submitted December 21 2020.
Pre-Arrival and Remedical Request March 12.
Remedical appointment March 25.
Decision Made April 1.

That's a lot to take in.Hi guys, I am heartbrokenI got refusal letter yesterday. I had Decision Made on March 8th, I was so happy until yesterday. In ADR they asked me for pictures, proof of comm, why we didn't do Ruksati, schedule A and police certificate. I had lots of pictures my wife visited me 4 times after we got married. We are a Nikah only case. We didn't get pre arrival or remedical. Is there a way that I can ask for an interview? How come they didn't ask for an interview to give us a chance? Should we reapply or appeal? I ordered GCMS in Jan, there was no red flags mentioned just "Review Required" in red and Nikah only. I am reordering my notes. I am July 2019 applicant almost 2 years wasted. Please tell me what to do.
I would start sending emails to the visa office, and MP. There is surely many things that can be done besides reapplying. I'm pretty sure it's never an outright refusal, and it always comes with chances to prove the application further. Have patience!
Was your ADR well structured with lots of information?
Yes, ADR was detailed with a lot of pictures/visitation proofs as well. Don't they usually request an interview or send a PFL before rejecting? The refusal states that our marriage is not genuine and "was entered into primarily for the purpose of acquiring any status or privilege under the Act". The letter is not even asking for an explanation just says that your application has been refused because I am not satisfied. Submitted ADR in December after that DM and now rejection.

Sorry to hear that, this is the 2nd case that I have seen that got refused this week even without an interview. I feel like they are avoiding interviews cause of Pandemic. Someone I know got DM as well without pre/remedical and was refused. I would suggest talking to a lawyer and appeal, majority of the appeals are won in court. Talk to a lawyer as soon as possible.

I did my medical on last thursday but i havent received any email from iom that they have sent my results also there is no update on ecas regarding medical results have been received ... so i am worried now..
They must have thought
that u guys can visit but unable to do rukhsati.

When i did my first medical they(iom) sent me an email that they have sent my emedical to ircc within a week.... but this time i haven't received any email like that from them yet... plus there is no update on ecas too... i dont know what to do now
Then call them, tell them ur IM number.
and ask if they have submitted the emedical or not
they will let u know
if some good guy picks up
he ll tell u the date of submission too, if u ask
