Had given biometrics for WP, so I hope it should be exempted. But didn't see any message like that on profile. It still says the standard message for biometrics.

If you can see your biometrics number in the applicant information section then you do not need it as it also shows your biometrics expiry date. The generic message you see in the progress section will be updated eventually.

I am not able to see my LOE if I see my submitted document link using below from my ircc account:

AFAIR, I attached a word doc in the Option Document section but I can't see that word file now. Anyone similar case with me:
1. Attached a word doc file.
2. He/She is not able to see his/her attached LOE.
