Counterfoil is the sticker they stick to your passport with issue and expiry date and type of visa

IRCC is not processing any application, they are SLEEPING. I am waiting since Dec 20th, 2020. In this same forum, I saw there are people waiting since Dec 7th, 2020. Sometimes IRCC wake up, and randomly process just a few TRV applications and then goes to sleep again.
