Hi,

I am a foreign worker in Canada and my PR application is in process. I have got my Medical request and Medical Passed as well. I was planning to India and I have a work permit and a worker visa with me.
The issue is someone just told me that if I get COPR when I am in India then Canada won't let me in as they are not letting in any person with COPR since March 18,2020. Is it true ? Will I be stuck in India till restrictions are lifted ? Won't my worker visa help me get in ?

After Medical passed, how long does it take to get security and eligibility started?
Considering background and criminal check has been passed.
I got my medical passed on 20th March 2021.

i saw ppl finish all this within 11-13months
