Do we need to upload self-attested copies ? I had uploaded copies of the supported documents and carrying all the self attested copies and originals next week for in person submission. Can anyone confirm ?

Regarding fees for Surrender certificate can pay during in person submission or do we need have bank draft ?

You need to upload self-attested copies of the documents required. BLS are super picky, so better to re-upload.
You can pay via debit in-person for sure.

Haha of course.. I thought they dont except debit card so i thought of carrying DD but good to know... I have walk in appointment booked. But we still have to carry filled online application right?

Can you please tell me where should the online application filled both for OCI and surrender certificate?

Question: Just noticed when filling Minor application under Father's & Mother's Nationality is it current or previous ? I assume its current Nationality and stated Canadian? Is that right ? Can anyone confirm please?

If you are a Canadian, you have to put that as your current nationality.

Yes, you need to physical copies of all documents.
The BLS website has links to the online applications you have to fill for surrender and OCI.
