Sadly that would be for the sheet's master admin to do - I just have edit access.

Which is fine. This whole thing is voluntarily anyway. It would be hard for anyone to maintain across all months. Just a little bit of contribution from each individuals would help the bigger community. Until then we can do our best

Not sure when that changed. I had checked a few days before. So let`s assume March 25.

My status has still not changed. App sent on November 14th and received on Nov 20th. App received on Feb 11th. Should I start worrying?
Is there a chance that my app will be rejected and resent to me for want of documents or missing information?

Dont worry. You should receive it shortly. Mine was 45 days after AoR (Feb was 28 days only) so may be this week.
