He has access to all my private life, so perhaps he’s from the Conservative party or another party, ergo he doesn’t like my person and my political activism on social media (my support to Julian Assange, etc).
That’s just a strong guess, otherwise there’s no reasonable explanation why he’s not sending me my AOR!?
"From the conservative party or another party..." - that's pretty funny. You don't know which party, even, that you think might have it in for you.
So at heart, you have no basis, you just think you're being persecuted.
Look, this is probably pointless as I doubt you'll be convinced, but:
-If you look at the tracker spreadsheet for 2020, there are a lot of people who have not got AOR1 yet. 10-25% for most months after March. That's ~10-25 people per month, so 150-200 people perhaps. Posters on this board might be 10% of total family apps (and I only looked at outland, so probably double). Call it 2500-5000 spousal applicants. You think you're being singled out - along with the other couple thousand people - for political reasons? There are a lot of other people in the same boat (unfortunately).
-The AOR1 process is mostly data entry and a quick check that info is all there, a preliminary assessment, and (roughly at the same time) evaluation of the sponsor. It's
highly doubtful they're spending time on anything but the basics at that stage.
The simple answer is (likely) that Sydney's a mess and they're pulling files out of wherever they phsyically had room for them. Call it covid or call it incompetence, whatever you like.
But I think we can predict which way this will go: whatever happens, you're still going to think you're being persecuted, throughout the process, despite the complete lack of any evidence beyond your vague sense you're being mistreated.
