If I receive letter from CIC to pay for Biometrics, once I pay can I go and do the Biometrics or I have to wait for another email communication?

Hi guys, please is there another way to contact the Accra Office aside from through accra.immigration@international.gc.ca
My daughters passport has been with them for over a month now, I don’t know why they haven’t sent it back to Lagos.

If I receive letter from CIC to pay for Biometrics, once I pay can I go and do the Biometrics or I have to wait for another email communication?

You'll have to wait. You’ll get a letter confirming that you need to give your biometrics and telling you where you can go; as you'll need to bring this letter when you give your biometrics, as well as a valid passport. Remember to book appointment online, no walk-ins.
I'm sure instructions and everything you need to know will be provided in the email.

Friends I want to know from those who have received their pre- arrival and ppr if Accra VO is working faster this time around, am done with my medical exam and I don't know how long it will take for them to receive and update my file.
