I'm asking because I don't know if there are nominants living in the other provinces with EE-FSW. And what is the difference of that with "outland" to AB?

I think these terms have been made up by applicants and generally mean

Inland = In Canada
Outlander = Outside Canada

Ties to AB : To be filled in application (As I remember from my brother's application).

I think AB is allowed to access EE system directly and that's why they can "select".
