Hello everyone I am new to this forum and this is my 1st post. Following is my PR application status

AOR :- 1st May 2020
Case processing office :- Ottawa
Program Category :- CEC inland
Dependent :- 1 inland
Eligibility :- Pass by officer
Security :- Pass
Info sharing :- Completed
Biometric :- 7th Oct 2020
Medical :- Expired on 14th Nov 2020 no update yet.
Criminal background check :- In progress
Case officer :- SP10734

I have not seen any update on my application after July 2020. Wanted to check if someone else is also having same case officer (SP10734).

Same officer on GCMS note and stuck in criminality(other passed) since last November. CEC inland June 16 aor

I am stuck with criminality, gave biometrics on 8 Oct 2020. no updates in account since July, everything passed except criminality. AOR May 1.
More than 6 months after giving biometrics. I have raised webforms and called them, doesn't make any difference.
