My apologies for the back and forth what is "the last piece of data ?" is it the medical or the bio metric data or neither ? It needs to be more clear from IRCC. I have had 1 or 2 ghost updates.

Hi did you do medical upfront or waited for the request?

Hi, I also have a PR application and nomination from BC. I did the medical for PR application. It was an upfront medical. I saw on a previous reply that you do not recommend an upfront medical, any reason why ?

well the required data is biometrics, medical and anything else they have asked for.

If the medical was the latest piece of data required then that is when the clock would start.

I think she means that because IRCC takes months to do anything, your medical could expire before any progress made. Put in a scene - you submit your medical up theirs from 1 march 2021 and it expire in 1 year. So, say they take 15 months process you, then later in june 2022 they will ask you redo medical and you waste your time and money. At best, they finish your application in 7 months in October and issue you COPR. But hey, your medical expire in march 2022 and you have only a COPR that starts from Oct 2021 till Mar 2022... you are short charge.

yes ive done my medical test last december before christmas and medical passed showed on my account last january 5 2021, done also with biometric last november, right now my application has still no update
