People who applied prior to the travel restrictions and wish to be considered on a priority basis are asked to contact Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) at IRCC.COVID-TravelExemptions-Exemptionsdevoyage-COVID.IRCC@cic.gc.ca and indicate how they meet the criteria for exemption, explain the reason for their non-discretionary/non-optional travel and submit acceptable proof.

I did email.but no reply at all..they promised to reply back in 14 days but for my spouse I emailed them on oct 22 and they replied back with rejection on Feb 1. While alot of ppl did get reply back within a week. These ppl have no system in place. Seems like every thing have a draw..

Its there in your GCkey account... If you mean counter foil. and about the tracker, you get that from Canada Post.

I applied on 8th Jan 2021 and got the submission confirmation on 29th Jan 2021. I haven't received any updates after that. I talked to an agent who said that they cannot comment on the processing times because of COVID and didn't give me an estimate. I called on this number 1-888-242-2100.

What specifically you asked the agent?
