I think so... I don't think they process the applications in order. Kinda like whatever was assigned to them, I guess.

There's no telling whether they'll send your application back. It just pops up randomly.

I asked them last time about the process if it's returned because my husband and I both live in Asia - they didn't answer my question directly. They just said my application is still waiting to be processed.

Yes, very much so.

It's still very early in the process for October Applicants...

Most September and October applicants don't have AORs unfortunately. So only way to find application number is to ask for a temporary number.

Where do you ask for a temporary number, the only contact I was able to find is accessible in Canada only.

I had the same issue (I live in the U.S.). I got a "Burner" account for a month with a Canadian phone number. That way I could call as if I was calling from Canada. I got my temp number that way.

I used my UCI to inquire about my application. They haven't given me a temporary number but it serves a similar purpose if you use your UCI to inquire about your application.

Seems like they stopped doing October again.
I don’t know how they keep processing new application without interruption, and for September , October they are too slow.
