Yes, I got COPR letter from CIC-Etobicoke-Landings today through email after getting approved a week ago.

Update: I finally got through to an agent, and she said everything is passed and waiting for final decision. So good news!

Same with me. Talked to a really nice agent and he confirmed that i have passed all stages and LVO will send approval now.
Good news after ages.

Passed everything Feb 6th. Spoke to an agent yesterday. I was told the officer just needs to send me the final email. Not sure when that will happen. LOL

I don't know. I'm guessing it's never final until the officer in charge sends you the official approval letter (COPR), so I am guessing that's what they're trying to say.

Yes @AshishS87 , I am also waiting for final decision. My AOR is also 19th July. All stages passed on 24th Feb.
