in my application, because the imm5669 and imm5662 do not have enough space so I wrote travel history and the education and personal history in the attachment doc.
travel history has two pages, but I signed only at the end of the second page. I didn't sign the first page of travel history. so did education and personal history attachment ( i signed at the end of second page).
I signed every imm form though.
Do you think I will be returned bc of this?
do I need to send another application to Sydney?

Hey guys!
I got two questions regarding my application. The timeline is that AOR 2/5 and MR 3/1. During my preparation for the medical examination, I realized one question. I didn't report my surgery history during my previous medical exam for my previous study permit in 2019. I have had a minor surgery 13 years ago. During my previous medical one, the information collection form only asks about major surgery like cancer or organ harvesting and the doctor didn't ask me about any surgery. I want to report it to the doctor for my PR application with supporting documents. The question is that do I need to raise a webform to explain the situation in accordance with these two medicals? I'm worried about the potential misrepresentation problem,
Also, I raised a webform to update my IMM 5669E a week ago. Then I found a mistake with my latest resume (uploaded in January 2021) on indeed. The terminating date of my last position is wrong due to carelessness. However, the details in form 5669 are correct and I have supporting documents. I do not know if my background check starts but in this case, is there any possibility the IRCC treat this as misrepresentation?

Not a big issue with medical exam. Just be patient and see updates on Gckey status and see if it pass . For date if employment you can send updated form and it should be fine . This is just minor error amd doesn’t trigger misrepresentation.

Thanks for reply. For the form 5669E I sent to IRCC I think I have correct details. Only my resume on indeed has the mistake and I changed it when I realized.
