So looks like a lot of people got ECAS status changed from IP to AR this week. Some say it's because your application is complicated and may take more time to process, some say maybe it's good maybe you'll get MR/MP soon. This whole process is dreadful, nobody really knows much and nothing we can do about it.

When they changed the status from in process to received means your application transferred to another visa office for more investigation

that is way long. I am not sure how they process applications. Some get PR soon and some have to wait for long time. Are you still in the "Application Received" Status in ecas?
