I created my profile in the new PR confirmation portal, on Dec 2. Updated the address and photo the same day.
eCOPR : Dec 3
No updates after that.

Hi, I got COPR last week and today I got email that is congratulating my PR approval and said that when COVID is gone you can send Photo and address change through Mail (Post). So after this will I get the portal access? Not clear!

There is no portal now. Everyone has to mail their photos with COPR letter they get in their email with the updated address if it is changed since you applied.

If you get your COPR via your IRCC account, you’ll have to mail your photos via post. You won’t go through the PR confirmation portal.

CALL IRCC and ask them to tell status of PR card whether it has been mailed or not.

I called IRCC yesterday and stayed on hold with one of their agent for 15 minutes while she updates me regarding the PR card status. She gets back to me and says that the card was mailed to me on March 02, 2021 and you should receive it in 2 weeks of time
