Why isn’t everyone applying online?

Because online is only for individuals now that meet certain criteria. Family applications have to be presented on paper applications.

Did you guys hear any feedback with regards to the processing time paper Vs online applications?

December online applicants received AOR almost at the same time as the paper applicants, but some of them have received Test invites, which could indicate the process will be faster for online applicants after AOR has been received.

Why isn’t everyone applying online?

I know some people complained about calling cic and the agents not finding online applications so they were worried their application is missing.

The email is a Submission confirmation. It says that an AOR will be send via email once they start reviewing the application. it can take some time before that happens.
