Biometric done on October 26. I can see the number on portal but the status still says "you have not provided your biometric..."

I gave my Biometrics on 5th October but criminality is still in progress.

I am worried that criminality is in progress as IRCC didn't even send the file to RCMP to work on. IS there somewhere in GCMS notes where I can confirm that my file for criminality was indeed sent to RCMP?

Yes everything else seems to be passed according to GCMS notes.. just the criminality is in progress.

Nothing for 4 months no update
call 4 weeks continuously in feb every Monday asking for status ,criminality was in progress rest was done.

Ordered GCMS notes Jan 22 and got it feb 24

27 Feb 2021 medical was extended.
3 March 2021 got PR call.
Almost a year.

In your GCMS notes you will have ADMISSIBILITIES and under it you will see

Eligibility and then Criminality. Check for sub activities there.
