Hi, you are eligible, I know someone that started the psw job in 2018, found out she was pregnant and went on maternity in 2019, from CNSST to maternity, she did not even resume until October 2020 due to closure of schools and crèches. she filled and submitted the forms and was approved on the Federal level. This is a golden opportunity my sister, do not let it slip away please apply, I hope you are not in Quebec. Federal allows maternity.if in doubt call IRCC, they would attend to you. Tenkiu

Yes spousal sponsorship as a refugee claimant, but my refugee claim was dismissed .

I have a friend also asking this question, she already has a sponsorship application ongoing and her file just got transferred to Etobicoke so she’s confused that it might take longer to get approved,
And with this new pathway she’s qualified because she worked during the pandemic. So she don’t know if she should apply for the new program or if it will affect her sponsorship application ongoing already.

You need to wait for it. How ever if you haven't gotten it after about a Week or 2 then Mayb your old one is still valid. That's what happened to me anyways. So now I don't need to do any medicals and I never got a letter
