Don't pay much attention to it , the normal processing time for 80% of applications in 2019 was 9 months and that was before COVID , I think in the current situation the normal processing time would be a year.
Hey, mine showed the exact same. Completion 28% and 4 months remaining till completion. This progress bar is is based on the time elapsed since you received your AOR and the Express entry processing time mentioned on their website; which is 6 months as right now. Don't confuse this with the actual progress of your application.
The actual progress is dependent on multiple other factors. Such as the application load the office might have and also the integrity of your application (if your application is missing something or is incomplete in any way, this would hinder the progress)
Nevertheless, it's a good way to keep track.
Update: Got a request today, February 18th, 2021 to submit the following additonal document: IMM 5669. The request letter states that I have 7 days to submit this document and it should bear my original signature. Failure to meet the deadline can result in rejection as my application can be incomplete.
I checked, document IMM 5669 is the background decleration. It's asking me to fill exactly the same details I submitted in my initial online application, in the Questionnaire. Would anyone know why they would request this again?
Update: Passed my medical results as of March 4th. Also, got a request letter on the 4th to pay my Biometrics fee. Which I paid and uploaded the receipt as requested.
Does anyone know if ill be getting the request to go and submit my biometrics soon?
