Easy. Search on your existing GC key and fill up the information using UCI option then you will be able to find a application. First the ecopr has to be issued then you can.

keeping track of it, nothing in this world that can get pr card faster... unless cic start working fast

I don't know how guys linked the application for me when i select permanent resident card and put uci and family name it says no application found?

Give the details like ur place of birth exactly as it is in your passport. Even the commas and everything. It helped me.
