Yes I understood that. What I was asking is.. Is this change because the month just changed from Feb to March Or is it really because they started processing paper PRs faster?

It says below. "Most complete applications" looks like mode, not average in the math. So,,, this change does not help us much
"This processing time tells you how long it took us to process most complete applications in the past 12 months. "

I wrote in the Webform to convert me from outland to inland. So, what you said is bound to happen and all inland will be on firm hold especially after they change my application to inland.. Life sucks .

Could you please let me know what you wrote in the webform. Maybe i’ll be in same situation as you are right now. I didn’t get Aor yet but feels like, i would have same situation
