So I just checked my IRCC profile to see if there is any update on my PR card application which I linked to my profile last week and to my surprise my application was approved today. It says that a final decision has been made and that my PR card has been mailed to me. It also shows document number which I presume is my PR card number as it's different from my CoPR. It also says that it could take up to 6 weeks for my PR card to arrive by mail and shows an expiry date of 5 years from now.

Hi guys is see a lot of people asking about leaving Canada without the PR card
So I had to leave Canada due to a medical emergency on January 12th (got eCOPR January 11th) so my card was delivered in my Canadian address last week, then my neighbour sent it to me down in Mexico and it was delivered today, I had no problem, so my suggestion is if you have an emergency and have to leave Canada, just make sure your name is in the receipt and you should be fine.
