I have no idea tbh. It varies. Mine took from dec 2 - Jan 7. However, some other applicants got pre arrival a day after, a week, 2 months, etc from Ottawa.
 
Thanks, Been a littlw over a month now for me. The prophet told me first half of this month I should receive pre arrival!

Yes Rana sb, this process is frustrating and also disappointment is a fact. we face major disappointment when everyone in our circle ask us that "when are you going to Canada?"
