As all my stages passed more than month ago and my file is in Ottawa. Do you think it will be fruitful to email the Case Processing Centre? I have sent a Webform too but it takes a really long time.

Hi - I received the BOWP approval letters in mail and its extended till Feb/2022. Is anyone on the same situation and advise on following questions.,
1. Do we need to go for stamping as the current visa stamped in passport expires by March/2021. Or
2. Attaching the new BOWP letter with Passport is suffice
3. Can we travel to home country for 3-4 weeks while PR is in final stage wherein all stages are passed. If we can travel, should we go with #1 or #2?
4. There is a statement 'Must leave Canada by 02/02/2022' called out in new BOWP letters, what does this mean?

If you want to travel, in order to come back, you have to get the stamped visa in addition to the Work Permit that you will attach to the passport. That will answer 1 and 2.
To answer Q3, you have to know your application status. At which stage? Does your criminality pass, does your security started? What is your AOR date?
All the work permit are temporary resident paper that will have expiration date, which is the date that you must leave Canada before it. Hopefully, you will get your PR before that date, so it will be just for now.

CPC had its email listed on the IRCC website, but was removed and they are no longer responding to any email sent at that id. IRCC encourages all applicants to use the webform.

The visa from inside Canada used to be 2 weeks of process now with COVID, nobody knows. If your application is finalized, then maybe just wait till you get the PR before you go.
