I think it is YVR, I have read that after your 3 day quarantine then you can travel to your destination for the rest of the quarantine. IMO the reasoning for this is that YVR-YYC is a domestic flight, there is no screening of passengers going from YVR-YYC, hence your port of entry is where you do your hotel stay.

I am trying to call IRCC call Centre I select the options the automated system asking for application but I do not have application number how do I contact the agent directly

I had the same problem so what I did was I called early in the morning so you should just be calling before 10 AM because I’ve been calling for the past two weeks and finally I got a hold with them

That probably means that your application was received at the regional visa office. What is your timeline?
