Due date of Security is set 1 year far from AOR. I think that information can be applied to security too. But IRCC doesn't need to change visa office because third party will check security.

I think yes. In the GCMS Notes, even though Ottawa comes under secondary, look for the words PRIMARY: Y/N

By the way, we are contacted by local office, not those four offices when CoPR email arrives. My friends received CoPR email from local office like Kitchener, Hamilton, Etobicoke and so on. And they sent photo for PR card to local office.

So my status bar is back now. Before disappearing my estimated completion date was in August, (that’s already after they changed it in Sep 2020, originally it was July) and now it’s November.
“Congratulations” to everyone.

The rather useless status bar is back guys. My suggestion, dont look at it. It may give you heart aches! My end dates moved from July3rd to Aug 3rd to Now Oct 3rd 2021. Current timeline for folks who have not applied for Paper PR - 18 months. Those who already applied - 22 months. WHAT SORT OF LOGIC IS THIS IRCC?
