Tbh, if it was AIP it would say in process. Decision made before AIP could be refusal

I applied for my mother.i am single child and I have Canadian kids .dad expired. Hard to survive in back home country for my mom.no relatives in back home country .everyone is here.

did you sent piictures ? did you say for exemple that your childrens ha a good ans a strong relation with your mother ?

Every one got the same letter exemption one
I think it’s the same minister who refuse all these guys

Newspapers copies regarding robberies,and stealing at back home

Does H&C application being processed faster those days? I want to know what's the reason it supposed to be slow because of covid!

PRRA officers process now H&C applications !
first, they are used to refusing requests at 95%.
secondly I think they don't understand how it works for H&C requests and that and that it is not the same as the PRRA
