Got an email more than a month ago that my file is being sent to London. Ecas says app received.
Got an email yesterday from “LVO” that
“Your application is currently in transit and given the above disruptions, we are unable to confirm receipt of your application at IRCC London at the present time. “
Every LVO applicant has their own personal hell experience.
What a disaster no one knows where there file is and not to mention instead of focusing on LOV personal and tasks now files get forwarded around the world for administration purposes. As a result time delay due to transit has been significantly increased, efficiency negatively impacted and frustration has gone up to the roof and transparency almost doesn’t even exist.
That’s how we plan to get a over the backlog?
Now we are going backwards.
It’s okay
They day will come guys
Its been reported that Shanghai will only handle "administrative" duties on the files.
Once completed, it will be sent back to LVO for further processing.
My take on this is that they are sending away new apps so that they can clear their 2019 backlog.
Any thoughts on what is considered “administrative duties” background checks? Or maybe criminal checks?

These all are excuses just to delay Pak applicants further deliberately otherwise its not difficult to reduce backlog by hiring more visa officers,,a lot of 2019 files are still in queue for processing..just for us to show they give pre arrival or adr letters to some randomly chosen applicants and leave other files in deadly waiting period...in other words 98% applications are simple to process..there are not too many fraudulent applications there as ircc treat them
Guys, I am no longer in London Visa Office. My file has been transferred to Kiev VO for a possible interview.
So what's next? Wait 2 years in interview queue?

Goodbye London, Goodbye.....
I just wonder why these idiots didn't send my application to Ukraine in the first place.

How did you find out?

I wonder if same thing will happen to my parents app.
How did you find out ?
MP inquiry! Can you believe this bullshit, I would never have found out and be still thinking my file is at LVO waiting for assessing officer review adr...while all the while they have already reviewed my adr and transferred my file to another VO for final processing.

I have zero idea....so far LVO hasn't given any 2020 Ukrainian any PPR as far as I know and even some from Aug 2019 still waiting with no updates.
I am sad for possible interview, but I'm HAPPY that my file left this Godforsaken hell hole LVO.

my update....any speculation as to what is gonna happen?:
- The note dated xxx indicates that the information provided [adr] has been assessed by the responsible office.
- Subsequently, the file has been transferred to the Canadian Visa Office in Kyiv, Ukraine for further assessment, and a possible interview.
- Please note that as of today’s date, no interview has been scheduled. Rest assured that the responsible office will contact the applicant directly for the next steps in due course.
- We understand that this is an important process for the applicant. Please note that for the moment, our office may not take any further actions for this file. However, we can confirm that there are currently no indications on file of outstanding documents and no action is required from the applicant or their sponsor at this time.
You are golden! Soon the elusive pre arr I feel.
I think they stated the possibility of an interview just as a disclaimer. It doesn't sound like they actually intend on requesting one. I would take it as good news: at least you're out of LVO. Good luck.
